Maddox Stamm is a 22-year-old lifelong Western Pennsylvanian running for State Representative in PA-42. A proud graduate of Upper St. Clair High School (Class of 2022) and the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown (B.S. Information Systems, Class of 2026), Maddox believes government has grown too big, too expensive, and too intrusive.
He is committed to restoring liberty, protecting individual rights, and creating real economic opportunity for families in our district.
"Pennsylvania can prosper again — but only when we put liberty first."
Pass "Defend the Guard" legislation to prevent the deployment of Pennsylvania National Guard members to unconstitutional foreign wars without a formal Congressional declaration of war.
Make gold and silver legal tender in Pennsylvania. Give citizens a way to protect themselves from the destructive inflation caused by federal monetary policy.
Pass robust school choice legislation that follows the money to the child — not the bureaucracy. More funding for teachers and classrooms, less for six-figure administrators.
Legalize adult-use marijuana and home cultivation. Use the resulting tax revenue to eliminate the state income tax or create a generous standard deduction for working Pennsylvanians.
Pass legislation that relieves the regulatory burden on small owner/operator businesses so they can compete fairly with large corporations and thrive in Pennsylvania.
Every volunteer hour and share brings us closer to a freer Pennsylvania.
